Hyatt Hotel Furniture for Select Service and Extended Stay Properties

Four Hyatt brands cover most of the select service and extended stay projects owners bring to us: Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Hyatt Select and Hyatt Studios. Each one asks something different of the furniture. One needs a sectional sofa sleeper, another a full kitchen, and another has to fit a building that already exists.

Coral Hotel Furniture supplies Hyatt hotel furniture for properties across these brands: guest room casegoods, headboards, beds, seating, vanities, kitchen units and public area pieces. We have supplied hotel and hospitality furniture in the USA since 2012.

We build to the approved specification you provide as the owner. You bring the franchise documents and the room matrix, and we size and finish the furniture package to match.

Hyatt brands we furnish

Hyatt House

Hyatt House is the group’s upscale extended stay brand. Suites are laid out like apartments, with a full kitchen and a living room, in studio, one bedroom and two bedroom plans. Furniture has to cope with guests who cook, work and unpack for weeks. See the kitchen, living and bedroom package on our Hyatt House furniture page.

Hyatt Place

Hyatt Place is an upscale select service brand with larger rooms split into a sleeping area and a separate seating area. The seating side is built around a sectional sofa sleeper, and the lobby is open plan with a cafe and bar. Room dividers, sectionals and lobby seating are covered on our Hyatt Place furniture page.

Hyatt Select

Hyatt Select is a newer upper midscale brand for travelers on short stays. Rooms are efficient, and the brand is well suited to converting an existing hotel. That makes fit to the existing room, and sensible reuse of space, the main furniture questions. Read how we approach it on our Hyatt Select furniture page.

Hyatt Studios

Hyatt Studios is an upper midscale extended stay brand built around studio rooms with kitchens. The concept is designed to be efficient to build and to operate, so furniture needs to install quickly and clean easily. Kitchen units, compact dining and storage are detailed on our Hyatt Studios furniture page.

Working to Hyatt hotel furniture standards and approved specifications

Franchise standards belong to the brand. Hyatt publishes information for owners through its own Hyatt development team, and your franchise documents set out the design scheme your property has to follow.

Our job as a Hyatt furniture supplier is practical. We supply furniture for Hyatt properties and build it to the approved specification the owner provides, with sizes and finishes agreed with you before production.

We also supply ADA versions of key pieces, including ADA platform beds, an accessible vanity and ADA headboards. Your design team confirms the layout against the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

PIP Support
